Clients agree that Mighty Tidy Cleaning Services will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss, injury, or inconvenience, arising from the service.

Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Mighty Tidy Cleaning Services! Thank you for booking our cleaning services; by doing so you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Service Agreement

Our services include standard residential and commercial cleaning tasks as outlined in your booking confirmation.

Any additional tasks or deep cleaning requests may incur extra charges. Please request add-ons at the time of booking to ensure a smooth service for both parties.

Homes that schedule a Standard clean but have heavy buildup, excessive trash and/or unapproved add-ons will be charged by add-on AND hourly rate of $55/hr for any hours that have exceeded the original booking time.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made. Any Payments not made within 7 days will incur a $30 Late Fee

We accept all major credit and debit cards, or digital payment methods as indicated on your invoice.

For recurring services, payment will be automatically processed per your agreed schedule.
4. Property Access

You must provide access to your property at the scheduled time.

If access is not available, the appointment may be canceled, and cancellation fees will apply.
5. Liability

Mighty Tidy is fully insured for property damage and employee injury.

We take care to protect your belongings; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items not disclosed prior to service, or damage resulting from client negligence.

Clients are encouraged to secure valuables before service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly within our next available date. Any concerns made after 24 hours cannot be fixed without a rebooking fee which will be discussed at the time which the concern is addressed.
7. Health & Safety

Our team follows all applicable safety and sanitation guidelines.

Clients are responsible for notifying us of any hazards (pets, chemicals, broken fixtures, etc.). We do NOT clean pet waste or litter/cages.
8. Changes to Terms

Mighty Tidy Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website or communicated directly to clients.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
