Refund Policy
At Mighty Tidy Cleaning Services, we take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment so we can address your concerns.
Service Issues:

If a service was missed, incomplete, or unsatisfactory, we will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

Refunds are not automatically issued, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the issue cannot be resolved through re-cleaning.
Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee or partial charge, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations, pre-existing conditions, or items left unsecured or damaged prior to service.
