Service Description
Keep your home fresh and spotless with our Standard Cleaning Service. Designed for regular upkeep, this service covers all essential cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and healthy environment. Our professional team ensures every space is thoroughly cleaned with attention to detail. What's Included? Kitchen: Wipe down countertops and exterior of appliances Clean stovetop and microwave Wipe cabinet fronts Clean sink and faucet Bathrooms: Toilet Sink/countertops Shower/tub Wipe mirrors Bedrooms & Living Areas: Dust surfaces, shelves, and ceiling fans Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep/mop hard floors Empty trash cans Wipe light switches and door handles General Throughout: Dust baseboards & windowsills Tidy and straighten Vacuum & mop floors What's NOT included in standard: Inside oven, fridge, microwave or cabinets Windows (interior glass) Laundry Garage or basement Deep scrubbing grout or tile Moving heavy furniture Please refer to additional service list to enhance your cleaning experience.
Service Policies
Cleaning services will be provided only for the session selected at booking. Tasks are prioritized based on homeowners needs/wants; completion of all requested tasks is not guaranteed if time runs out. Additional Time & Add-On Services Same-day additional time requested on-site will be billed at $50 per hour. Important Conditions for Additional Hours: All additional time must be approved through a phone call to our office to ensure cleaner safety, scheduling accuracy, and fair labor practices. Additional hours will be charged during the phone call and will not be granted until payment is received in full before the call ends. Cleaners reserve the right to decline additional time, even if their schedule appears open, based on workload, safety, or company discretion. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment will be subject to a 50% refund only. Same-day cancellations (cancellations made less than 24 hours) or failure to provide access will result in no refund. No shows result in no refunds. General Policy Acknowledgment By booking a Standard Cleaning service with Mighty Tidy Cleaning Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy, including time limits, payment requirements, and cancellation terms. Please Note: False or misleading bookings for discounted rates can result in additional fees or cancellation of service on site without a refund. Any future services request can be denied.
