Service Description
Make every guest stay five-star ready with our Short-Term Rental Cleaning Service. Designed for Airbnb hosts and vacation property owners, this service ensures your rental is spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready after every checkout. We pay close attention to presentation and hygiene, resetting the space with care so your guests walk into a fresh, hotel-like experience every time. What's Included? Everything in standard, plus: Full linen change and bed making (all beds) Restock supplies (soap, TP, paper towels, etc.) Check and wipe all appliances (inside microwave, coffee maker) Inspect for damage or missing items Report checklist/photos sent to host Restock kitchen essentials (if provided) Wipe all mirrors and glass surfaces Reset décor and staging Trash removal (all bins) Laundry (wash/dry/fold linens on site if needed)
Service Policies
Service Minimum & Duration All STR (Airbnb/Short-Term Rental) cleanings are priced at a flat fee rate. Cleaning services are provided only for the booked duration and are optimized for guest turnover readiness. Missed disclosures (excessive mess, parties, extended stays) may affect completion within the booked time. Additional Time & Add-On Services Additional services will be offered at various fees based on chosen service. Same-day additional time is billed at $65 per hour. Additional Time Conditions: Additional hours must be requested by calling our office. All additional hours must be paid in full during the phone call before approval. Cleaners reserve the right to decline additional time, regardless of schedule availability, to protect safety and turnover timelines. Cancellations & Refunds STR cleanings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund only. Last-minute cancellations or lockout situations may result in no refund, especially during peak turnover periods. Policy Acknowledgment By booking STR cleaning services, property owners and managers agree to disclose accurate property conditions and accept this policy in full. Please Note: False or misleading bookings for discounted rates can result in additional fees or cancellation of service on site without a refund. Any future services request can be denied.
