Cancellation Policy

Service Minimum & Duration All Office Cleaning services require are priced at a flat rate. Cleaning will be provided only for the duration selected at booking. Services are task-prioritized based on time booked; completion of all requested tasks is not guaranteed if time expires. Additional Time & Add-On Services Additional office cleaning time may be booked in advance online at a flat rate or requested on-site if the assigned cleaner’s schedule permits. Same-day additional time is billed at $65 per hour. Additional Time Conditions: All additional hours must be requested by calling our office to ensure cleaner safety and scheduling compliance. Additional hours will be charged during the phone call and will not be approved until payment is received in full by the end of the call. Cleaners reserve the right to refuse additional time, even if their schedule appears open, based on workload, safety, or company discretion. Cancellations & Refunds Office cleaning appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund only. Failure to provide access to the premises may result in no refund.
