Service Description
Our Move-In / Move-Out Clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to prepare a space for its next occupant. This service focuses on thoroughly cleaning all rooms, appliances, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure the home is left in excellent condition. All move-in and move-out services are treated as deep cleanings to provide a smooth, professional transition for both homeowners and tenants.
Cancellation Policy
All Move-In / Move-Out services are priced as Deep Cleanings to ensure a thorough and complete clean. Additional hours required beyond the scheduled time will be charged at $55 per hour. No refunds. No exceptions. Final pricing is based on the size and condition of the property at the time of service. Weekend pricing applies to services scheduled on Saturday and Sunday only. Friday appointments are not included in weekend pricing and are billed at weekday rates. Please note: home should be in moving in or move out stage. Any homes that have full active families and daily living situations will be charged for Deep cleaning according to home size and service requirements. False or misleading bookings for discounted rates can result in additional fees or cancellation of service and all future services.
