Cancellation Policy

Service Max. & Durations All Deep Cleaning services have a max. service duration. The duration for these services are as followed: 1-2 Bedrooms: 5 Hours 3 Bedrooms 2 Bath: 6 hours 4 bedroom 3 Bath: 8 hours Cleaning will be performed only for the duration selected at booking. Deep cleaning focuses on high-detail and heavy buildup areas; completion of all requested tasks is not guaranteed if time expires. Additional Time & Add-On Services Same-day additional time is billed at $65 per hour. Add-ons are included in Deep Clean pricing unless listed otherwise. Please note, by adding add-on services may exceed service max. please prioritize cleaning tasks accordingly. Additional Time Conditions: All additional time requests must be approved through a phone call to our office. Additional hours will be billed during the call and must be paid in full before approval. Cleaners may decline additional time due to physical demand, safety concerns, or schedule limitations—even if time appears available. Cancellations & Refunds Deep Cleaning services must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of service will receive a 50% refund only. Same-day cancellations, refusal of service, or inaccessible properties may result in no refund. Policy Acknowledgment By booking a Deep Cleaning service, you acknowledge that deep cleaning may expose pre-existing wear or damage and agree to the terms outlined above.
